We've been seeing I Am affirmations all over social media. If you're been feeling stuck it's because you haven't moved from the root chakra. In order to balance out your chakras, you must move up.

Contrary to popular belief, I Am is not universal to all the chakras. Going on google or any search engine to look up certain chakra affirmations will have you thinking it's I AM.

I thought so too earlier on until a soul sister of mine helped me see what it really was. Let me break it down for you, from the root on up.
